Refund Policy

Clear refund rules for paid AI Groups Poster plans.

14-day refund window

New paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

After that window, refunds are handled case by case for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or verified service issues.

How to request a refund

Email support@aigroupposter.com from the email address used for your account. Include the purchase date, plan, and a short description of the issue.

What refunds do not cover

  • activity that violates platform rules, group rules, or applicable laws
  • business outcome, traffic, reach, engagement, leads, account status, or revenue expectations
  • expectations about post approvals, platform enforcement decisions, or group moderation decisions
  • traffic, engagement, followers, leads, fake interactions, or scraped data, because those are not sold by AI Groups Poster
  • requests made after the refund window unless there is a verified billing or service issue

Responsible use

All plans are subject to Responsible Use. AI Groups Poster is built for legitimate, user-controlled publishing workflows, not spam, scraping, fake engagement, or misleading activity.
