All plans are subject to Responsible Use. AI Groups Poster is built for legitimate, user-controlled publishing workflows, not spam, scraping, fake engagement, or misleading activity.
Paid plans do not include traffic, engagement, followers, leads, scraped data, reach guarantees, approval guarantees, or any guarantee of Facebook account status.
Cancellation
You can request cancellation by contacting support@aigroupposter.com. Include the email address used for your account so support can locate the subscription.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges unless the request qualifies under the refund policy.
Billing support
For duplicate charges, failed payments, subscription questions, or account access issues, contact support. Billing issues are handled by email so there is a written record of the request.
