How to open a support ticket

Follow these steps to get help from our Discord server. The whole process takes about 30 seconds.

Step-by-step

    Join the Discord server

    Click the button at the bottom of this page to open the invite link. You need a Discord account — it's free.

    Go to the #🎫-open-ticket channel

    Find it in the left sidebar under the Support section. This is the only channel where tickets can be created.

    Select "AI Groups Poster" from the dropdown

    A message with a dropdown will appear. Click Make a selection and choose AI Groups Poster from the list.

    Your private ticket channel opens

    A new channel like #ticket-0001 will appear in the sidebar — only you and the support team can see it. Click on it to open it.

    Describe your issue and send

    Use the template below to write your message. The more detail you include, the faster we can help.

What to write in your ticket

Copy and fill in this template — it helps us understand your issue without asking follow-up questions:

What not to share in a ticket

Discord tickets are private between you and the support team, but please never send:

Keep this information out of your ticket
  • Passwords or PINs
  • Payment card details
  • Access tokens or refresh tokens
  • Full personal data (ID numbers, etc.)

For sensitive account or billing issues, use email support instead.
